Good afternoon, Blue Jays! MS BBX practice begins on Monday, November 2nd, right after school with Coach Stephens and Coach Blakley. All athletes need to be registered in ArbiterSports and have a valid physical on file in the front office in order to participate. Miss Peyton Titus received 2nd Team Honors at the league level. And Miss Miranda Lerma was recognized as a 1st Team all-league member. Our FFA booth at the Fall "Get ready Fair". We had a great turnout of volunteers for our hands-on booth last night. 4 stations to try your hand at animal first aid, all student led. Thank you to all our student volunteers that rocked it and showed up for our community. We are so proud of you all!!

From the garden! Students have been busy harvesting potatoes and choosing pumpkins from the Jewell pumpkin patch!

This year our Animal Science class is in charge of the beehives! They checked the hives on Monday, where they found that our bees had left. However, we will be getting new swarms next year to keep moving forward. In the meantime, there was honey left for harvest next week.

Lat week our Agriculture classes participated in FFA mock food competitions. They had to do a "triangle" and a "Difference Test", a Smell test, and a Food Sanitation test! Pretty fun!!
