Good morning, Jewell Families.
We would like to invite you to an important community meeting, and provide an update around the Habitat Conservation Plan, also known as the HCP, that has the potential to have a great impact on the district budget in the years ahead. Information around the HCP has been moving fast since this weekend, and we want to provide you with some informative information. Wednesday, March 6th, from 4:00pm to 5:00pm there will be a presentation to the community in the school library. This meeting will also be offered as a virtual option via Google Meets. This link can be found on our homepage of our Jewell School District website. There will also be an option to phone in as well, and this too can be found on our district website. This is an important meeting in which we encourage all to attend either in person, or via virtual means. An informative letter will be sent home this week as well to update the community. If there are any questions, please direct them to the district Superintendent. Thank you.
